Every other middle-class kid always fantasized about the BMW. There are two reasons for that one these were intellect-looking machines, and two they were always out of our reach. In 2018 BMW tried the bold step of getting into the Indian market in collaboration with TVS and producing the first two Indian-made BMWs, which were the BMW G 310r and G310gs. But BMW was not able to make a lot of noise in 2018 because of the high pricing. Now in 2021 BMW not only converted their motorcycles to bs6 they’ve also reduced the pricing history of BMW motorcycles.

 The G310r and  G 310r are developed in collaboration with TVS  in India, The BMW G 310r is powered by a 313cc liquid-cooled motor, that produces 34ps of power at 9500rpm and produces 28-newton meters of torque at 7500rpm and the engine is a geared with a six-speed gearbox.
 

which turns out the maximum top speed of 143 kilometres per hour. And with the bs6 version of the BMW G 310r  added a slip and assist clutch ride-by-wire technology, which allows you to easily cruise through city traffic and even do higher speeds. The G 310r has an 11-litre fuel tank, which turns out 32 kilometres per litre of mileage, which means you get approximately 350 kilometres of tank range. The BMW G 310r comes with a TFT instrument that gives you lots of information, like the fuel gauge, tachometer, rpm count, and gear indicator. You also have your abs light here to show you the fuel range. The bike gets a 300-millimetre disc at the front, and  240mm for the back. The shocks are upside-down spokes at the front which are anodized by gold then you have a motor shock at the back attached to the dual swing arm. The break comes with dual-channel abs as a standard, the G310r comes with front  110 70 by r17  and we got rear 150 section tire 60 r17. The best thing about the BMW G310r is the clutch lever and the brake lever are adjustable so you can adjust them as per your choice and get you a pretty comfortable ride.

Talking about the ride ergonomics of the BMW G 310r, the seat height is 785 millimetres is quite comfortable for most Indians. if you are around 5’5” or 5’6” it would be very suitable for you.

 

The sitting posture is very upright and standard your back is straight, the footpegs are not too at the front not too at the back they’re just in the middle giving you and the commanding feel you can tuck in your knees onto the tank. BMW G 310r can really really go fast quickly how would it perform in the traffic of the city it’s got a very smooth slipper clutch ride by wire giving you a quick throttle response. the six-speed gearbox performs pretty well in traffic, you can cruise at speeds of 30-40 kilometres easily from bumper to bumper, the only thing is the low-end torque can be problematic. the G 310r  has a slip and assist clutch 300cc engine which produces some raw power a growling exhaust when you move upwards of 5000rpm, and ride by wire gives you a very responsive throttle, and the all LEDs set up at the front all led setup at the back great mirrors give you great visibility a very smooth, and buttery clutch with these fabulous tires it’s makes the G 310r a great machine.

The BMW G 310r is a great machine for the value and the price of BMW G 310 r is rupees 2.7 lakhs in ex-showroom in India,

 

The good things about the G 310r, it gives you the big bike feeling in three lakh rupees you can feel like a king riding a BMW in on the Indian streets. and if you are out in the market looking for a motorcycle in the under the three lakh rupee category probably the other rival is the KTM Duke 390 a faster motorcycle, but I think G 310 is a great option from the bigger brand BMW.
